You can “Shortlist” and “View”, an Applicant’s profile revealing only the name of the company but not your personal details. Your personal details are shown when you attempt to contact the Candidate about a role.

MaNext carries out several robust checks to ensure that the Employers featured on the Site are real companies looking for talent. By conducting many random spot checks across our database, we as much as possible ensure that the Employers are legitimate and can be contacted.
MaNext is still in no position to guarantee the genuineness, legitimacy, existence or legality of any of the Employers on the Site. We implore you to be vigilant for fraudsters and time wasters, and to REPORT TO US as soon as you notice any suspicious activities or requests from any Employer. This should be done swiftly in order to prevent you or other fellow candidates from being swindled.
After sharing details about the available jobs and the company, Employers may request your contact details. However, before you release your name, address, telephone number and other details to them, it is your responsibility to make enquiries about the Company. You should find out who they are and ensure that their profile matches that which has been presented to you on the Site.
Even if the Employer is a large organisation you are familiar with, you should still conduct a reasonable search by doing the following:
View their MaNext company profile
Use LinkedIn to validate the Employer’s contact
Visit the website listed if any
In addition to the above, you may also take the following steps when the Employer is a smaller organization
Check their profile Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter feeds for activity and user comments
Google them!

Employers can send messages. They may either request for your contacts details via a message or requesting further information.
Employers must not abuse this means of communication to:
Be inappropriate, ask personal questions or be abusive
Request money or funds
Invite you to any event other than an interview or assessment concerning a job opportunity
Sell or promote products or services
Promote a website or additional services not related to a job offer
If you receive a message containing any of the above, please report immediately by using the Contact Us form

Applicants are responsible for creating their profile and the information contained is not verified by MaNext. Employers must carry out the necessary checks and due diligence on any prospective employee before moving to the next stage of either granting an interview or offering employment to such person.
